The Radar

No more bottles forgotten at the back of the rack

The Radar counts the days until each drinking window closes. One look on Sunday, and you know what to open during the week.

How it works

  1. Sign in

One click with Google, no password to remember. Your cellar is ready as soon as you sign in.

  2. Add your bottles

A photo of the label is enough, or a quick entry. Already have a list? Import it.

  3. Open at the right time

In the evening, open the home screen: the bottles to drink first are at the top.

Without an inventory, a cellar gets away from you

  • The bottle forgotten at the back, opened two years too late.

Bottles near the end of their window rise to the top of the cellar.

  • The same wine bought again because you didn't know some was left.

Add a bottle you already have and Bouchons tells you.

  • The dinner where nobody knows what to open with the roast lamb.

Name the dish: the cellar shows only the bottles that go with it.

  • The tasting note scribbled down, then lost.

Your notes stay under each wine, ready for next time.

  • Not knowing what the cellar holds, or what it cost.

Insights counts your bottles and your spending, by colour and by region.

The cellar on a phone: bottles sorted by urgency, each with its drinking-window timeline.

What Bouchons does for your cellar

Know when to open each bottle

Every bottle gets a drinking window, from when it's ready to when it starts to fade. Your cellar is sorted by it: bottles near the end of their window come first, young ones stay at the bottom.
