Subprocessors

Anthropic (United States) analyses the label photos and wine details you submit (scan or typed) to produce suggestions: grapes, drinking window, evolution, pairings. This data is transferred outside the European Union for that analysis only.

Anthropic (United States) also reads the list of wines in an Oeni export you import, to split each name into estate, cuvée and appellation. Your name and the export date, on the first page, are removed before sending. This data is transferred outside the European Union for that reading only.

Neon Object Storage (eu-central-1 region, Frankfurt) stores label photos in a private space that only you can access.

Retention

Label photo: kept until the wine it belongs to is deleted or your account is purged. A photo that was scanned but never saved with a wine is deleted after 7 days.

Imported file (Oeni export or CSV): read during the import, never kept. Only the wines you confirm are saved to your cellar.
